We are seeking a diligent and skilled Fabricators to join our team in the O’Hare-Chicago general area.
What will you be responsible as a Fabricators on a daily basis?
MUST have the following experience:
- Process various types of steel (Cold roll, Galvanized, Galvannel, Stainless, etc).
- Punch holes in copper and steel (Trumpf 20/20, Boschert CU-PROFI, Stript 750).
- Recognize copper and steel thickness and gauges.
- Cut copper & sheet steel on a shear (48x96).
- Proficiency in using hand tools for fabrication tasks..
- Familiarity with basic math for measurements and calculations.
- Operate forming machinery bending cooper and steel (Hydraulic Shear)
Who qualifies for the Fabricators roles?
- 2+ years fabrication experience
- Ability to read blueprints
- Tape measure proficiency
- Experience with sheet metal
- Ability to lift 50lbs
What hours will you work as the Fabricators?
- 1st shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday - Friday) Saturday if needed.
- 2nd shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Monday - Friday) Saturday if needed.
