Responsibilities
- Provide professional beauty treatments
- Manage client consultations to recommend suitable services and products based on individual preferences hair types.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas following health regulations.
- Engage with clients through social media management by promoting services, sharing beauty tips, and building lasting relationships to foster loyalty.
- Assist with retail product demos and upselling to enhance client satisfaction while increasing revenue opportunities.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology license or pending
- Proven expertise in hair styling, including cutting, coloring (color theory knowledge), straight razor shaving, and hair extensions
- Skilled in nail care techniques such as manicures, pedicures, and nail art. Is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members while providing excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in retail sales within a beauty or wellness setting is a plus.
