We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing clients' needs and delivering tailored massage treatments that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being.
Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions and discuss their specific needs and preferences.
- Perform various types of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to address clients' pain management concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the med spa environment to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment for clients.
- Document treatment plans and progress notes accurately.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and best practices in massage therapy.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist in a clinical or med spa setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, occupational health, pain management, and acute pain management techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Certification in massage therapy from an accredited program is required.
- Familiarity with physical examinations and assessment techniques is a plus.

Pay: $70.00 per hour
