Production Welder Details:
-
Temp-to-Hire position
-
$22.00 to $30.00 /hour
-
Full Time work available
-
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
-
Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 3:30pm to 12:00am)

Perform production welding on structural steel and fabricated metal products
-
Utilize MIG (GMAW) and Flux Core welding processes to meet production requirements
-
Read and follow blueprints, drawings, work orders, and weld specifications
-
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
-
Safely operate welding equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area
Production Welder Qualifications:
-
Previous MIG and/or Flux Core welding experience required
-
Ability to read a tape measure and interpret blueprints or shop drawings
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
-
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials in a manufacturing environment
-
Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and strong safety awareness

Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
