As a Legal Administrative Coordinator at FFL, you will:
- accurately maintain and organize multiple Outlook calendars for all expert witness testimony
- respond to Subpoena/Records Requests one week prior to all court cases and within 24 to 72 hours of receipt
- possess excellent Outlook and Excel skills, and quickly master the use of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), SharePoint, MS Word, VoIP phone system operation and Salesforce
- maintain accuracy and high productivity in a deadline-driven, pressure-sensitive, fast-paced environment
- build and maintain relationships with all customers – mostly attorneys/paralegals
- succinctly and clearly communicate in a professional manner on daily inbound and outbound calls
- update and maintain Subpoena and Records Requests process (SOP)
- accurately track, monitor, enter and maintain spreadsheet for all Subpoena/Records Requests data, communications and court case history in a timely manner
- always maintain donor confidentiality
- be accountable for your development and success
- collaborate with and learn from our Customer Support team to exceed customer expectations

What valuable experience and skills will you bring to the table?
- You have earned a bachelor’s degree.
- You have a minimum of two (2) years highly organized administrative experience to include extensive calendaring in Outlook; Legal Administrative experience with court systems preferred.
- Licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply. This is a non-practicing role which may appeal to attorneys looking to pivot into legal operations or administrative roles.
- You ideally have scientific experience with knowledge of laboratory practices and procedures (preferred).
- You must be able to work independently and as part of a team; you possess very strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and superb proofreading abilities.
- You can demonstrate a history of accuracy and attention to detail in your work.
