Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production Inspector. This position is responsible for performing visual inspections of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) according to written inspection criteria, as well as assisting with light assembly, operating test fixtures, and supporting other production. This is a long-term opportunity for individuals looking to grow with a stable company.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspections of PCBAs in accordance with written work instructions and quality standards.
- Identify and report defects or discrepancies during the inspection process.
- Perform light assembly of electronic components and products.
- Operate testing fixtures and basic production equipment.
- Assist with production and laboratory tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company quality and safety procedures.
- Ask questions and seek clarification when instructions are unclear.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in visual inspection, quality control, electronics manufacturing, or light assembly is preferred.
- Experience inspecting PCBAs or electronic components is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand written instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Ability to perform light to moderate physical work.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with electronic components and PCBAs.
- Manufacturing or production experience.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Pay: $17.50 per hour
