Title: Applications Engineering Manager Bearings
Location: Worcester, MA
Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite
Overview:
· Lead engineering for custom bearing manufacturing from design through production.
· Own tooling, quality, new product launches, manufacturing performance, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do:
· Lead Manufacturing Engineering and technical teams.
· Support bearing design and customer applications.
· Improve tooling, machining, stamping, and assembly.
· Drive PPAP, ISO, quality, and process improvements.
· Lead Lean, Kaizen, automation, and new product launches.
What We're Looking For:
· 5+ years Manufacturing Engineering leadership.
· Bearing manufacturing or precision mechanical components.
· Metal stamping, machining, tooling, and progressive dies.
· Blueprints, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.
· Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Manufacturing engineering: 5 years (Required)
- Tooling and Manufacturing Engineering Management: 5 years (Preferred)
- Bearing Manufacturing Management: 5 years (Preferred)
