Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads and follow up with interested clients
- Engage with consumers & build relationships, determine their needs, and offer the appropriate product
- Learn and confidently present mortgage products and solutions
- Meet monthly production goals
- Stay informed of developing trends in the mortgage industry
Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check required for state licensing
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills — confident, personable, and persuasive
- Competitive mindset with a drive to exceed goals
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple leads
- Coachable, positive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable making outbound calls and building rapport quickly

- Experience in call center sales, debt consolidation, financial services, automotive, insurance, inside sales, or other performance-driven sales roles is a plus.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
