Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
- Collect and record data on individual progress and behaviors
- Administer medications as prescribed by medical professionals
- Drive individuals to appointments, outings, and community activities
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices
- Experience in childcare or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
