Hot Corner Concepts owns and operates Austin’s American Grill (Downtown and Harmony Locations), The Moot House, Big Al’s and Comet Chicken (Fort Collins and Loveland) – four distinct restaurant concepts with a singular vision of serving consistently gratifying meals made fresh from scratch using only the finest, wholesome ingredients.

- Self-starters: motivated individuals who will anticipate a need and get things done before a critical moment occurs
- The ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment: calm, collected, knows how to prioritize tasks and adapt
- Strong organization skills, cleanliness, and a passion for food: cares about quality and presentation; keeps a clean, functional station that complies with safety and sanitation requirements
