Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Fulfillment Lead for our second shift to oversee daily fulfillment operations and ensure seamless order processing, fulfillment and shipping. As a leader in our Fulfillment Operation, you will manage a large team responsible for production and shipping for a global brand. Your role is vital in maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity within a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of production/fulfillment associates during the second shift, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and inventory control procedures.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline order fulfillment procedures.
- Enforce safety protocols related to a production operation and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance overall performance.
- Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipments against orders and managing logistics documentation efficiently.
- Supervise team schedules and performance to develop a skilled and motivated workforce.
Experience
- Proven experience as a lead or supervisor is A MUST.
- Strong background in inventory management, logistics coordination, and materials handling.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards.
- Prior experience working with shipping & receiving processes, and heavy lifting tasks is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for process improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence.
