Center for Mental Resilience is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) to provide telehealth therapy services to clients throughout California. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate looking for consistent referrals, paid supervision, and the flexibility of working remotely while serving a diverse client population.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy via telehealth to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
- Conduct therapy sessions in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Participate in required individual and group supervision.
- Collaborate with our clinical and administrative team.
- Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice.
Qualifications
- Active registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Must reside in California and be authorized to provide telehealth services throughout the state.
- Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and time-management skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a private, HIPAA-appropriate workspace.
- Commitment to maintaining a consistent caseload.
