We are looking for a qualified Sales support specialist to join our team. You will provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle daily dealer phone calls and emails, assisting with product inquiries, order placement, and general support
● Maintain consistent communication with dealers to build relationships and drive repeat business.
● Follow up on quotes, reorders, and dealer requests in a timely manner
● Conduct outbound cold calls and outreach emails to introduce Spartan Camera and recruit new dealers
● Clearly communicate product value and wholesale program benefits
● Identify and qualify potential dealer accounts
● Accurately maintain dealer profiles, contact information, and order history in Shopify
● Track all dealer interactions, notes, and activity
● Monitor and manage dealer support tickets in Zendesk (open, process, and closeefficiently)
● Provide feedback and insights from dealer interactions to the sales team● Support internal reporting and assist in improving dealer acquisition and retentionstrategies

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
