Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise crew members during assigned shifts
- Ensure high-quality customer service and food safety standards
- Assist with training, coaching, and scheduling team members
- Maintain store cleanliness and equipment functionality
- Handle cash management and daily operational tasks
- Step in to support the General Manager as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older and have open morning availabilities
- Previous experience in restaurant, retail, or food service management preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
