We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Packers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging products efficiently and accurately while maintaining quality standards and meeting production targets. This is a fast-paced position that requires focus, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack finished products according to company standards and specifications
- Inspect items for defects or damage before packaging
- Label, seal, and prepare products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Meet daily production and packaging quotas
- Assist with loading/unloading and other warehouse duties as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: $23.00 - $27.80 per hour
