Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP license in Florida (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in pediatric therapy, early childhood, and/or elementary settings
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to students with speech and language challenges
- Support students with a variety of needs, adapting techniques and interventions based on assessment data and educator input
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress and success
