At Life’s At Home Care, we don’t just provide care—we bring comfort, connection, and peace of mind to the families we serve. We’re looking for a Weekend Lead Care Provider (Floater) to deliver high-quality care while supporting our team across Hampton Roads.
Certification Required – No Exceptions
Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification is required.
Applicants must provide a hard or soft copy of their certificate/license on or before the interview.

Your Responsibilities
Travel between client homes across Hampton Roads
Cover weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
Support and guide caregivers in the field
Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding)
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
️ Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs
Provide medication reminders and documentation
Offer companionship and emotional support
Assist with client transitions and urgent coverage needs
What You’ll Need
✔ Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification (Required – No Exceptions)
✔ At least 1 year of caregiving experience
✔ Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
✔ Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔ Compassion, reliability, and professionalism
