About the Role:
Crownstone Senior Care is seeking a motivated, outgoing Client Acquisition Specialist to help grow our senior care agency through community outreach. This is a commission‑only, flexible position ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and representing a trusted local brand. The more clients You recruit, the more money you make + bonuses.
You will visit senior‑focused locations, introduce Crownstone’s services, build referral relationships, and identify families who may need in‑home support. You do not provide care, scheduling, or client management — your role is strictly outreach and client acquisition
Key Responsibilities
- Visit senior apartments, rehab centers, churches, medical offices, and community locations
- Introduce Crownstone Senior Care using the provided script sheet
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners
- Identify warm and hot leads and report them to the owner
- Follow up with leads and referral partners only
- Submit weekly outreach plans and summaries
- Represent Crownstone professionally in the community
- Use provided tools: outreach training guide, objection handling sheet, appearance guide, and more
Important Communication Rule
Once a client signs with Crownstone, all communication transfers to the owner.
The specialist must not contact clients after signing.
