Whether you're looking to add hours to your current schedule, work a few consistent days each week, or build more childcare experience, our Backup Care Nanny position offers flexibility, competitive pay, and support from a professional agency.
Pay & Employment
- $20 per hour
- Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit
- Overtime pay and daily bonuses may be available
- W-2 employee status — not an independent contractor

Perks & Professional Development
Caregivers who work 100 hours per month (approximately 23 hours/week) may receive:
- Membership to the International Nanny Association
- Access to our private nanny support community
- Paid sick time as required by applicable state and local law
- Two extended education trainings annually
Caregivers who work 150 hours per month may also be eligible for:
- $75 monthly healthcare stipend (eligibility requirements apply)
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 full days of availability per week
- 2+ years of professional childcare experience
- Experience caring for infants through school-age children
- 3–4 professional childcare references
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable, professional, and adaptable
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (not required in NYC or San Francisco)
- Must be 18 years or older
