Role Overview
As a Commission-Based Sales Partner, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting outreach, nurturing prospects, and closing deals for Alphanizes' services.
This role is ideal for freelancers, sales professionals, business development specialists, consultants, and individuals looking for a flexible income opportunity without fixed working hours.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, networking, and other channels.
- Build relationships with business owners, founders, and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and present relevant Alphanizes services.
- Schedule discovery calls and sales meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Alphanizes team to ensure a smooth handoff after deal closure.

Compensation
- Performance-Based Compensation
- Earn 20% commission on every successfully closed deal.
- No cap on earnings.
- The more deals you close, the more you earn.
- Commission is paid upon successful client payment receipt.
Examples:
- $2,000 Project = $400 Commission
- $5,000 Project = $1,000 Commission
- $10,000 Project = $2,000 Commission
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or client acquisition is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Experience selling digital services is a plus but not mandatory.
- Fluent English communication skills.
