Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fulfillment & Packing Associate to join our Live Commerce Warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring that every order meets our high standards for quality and accuracy. Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items using barcode scanning systems and order picker equipment to fulfill customer orders efficiently
- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools following safety protocols
- Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials, ensuring items are protected during transit
- Load and unload shipments using mechanical equipment while adhering to safety standards and PPE requirements
- Manage inventory through warehouse management systems (WMS), including stock replenishment, stock rotation, and inventory counts
- Conduct quality control checks to verify order accuracy and product condition before dispatch
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and warehouse distribution standards
Skills
- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory management practices
- Skilled in order picking, packing, shipping & receiving processes with attention to detail
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and material handling with safety awareness
- Knowledge of barcode scanning technology for logistics purposes and safety protocol adherence
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment with warehouse supervisor experience preferred

Pay: $7.50 - $12.50 per hour
