Overview: We are seeking a skilled General Contractor Labor to join our team to handle in house work for Make readys/ Rehabs.
We have 6 different crews and we are looking to hire One-Two people for each crew.
- Flooring/ Plumbing
- Exteriors/Framing
- Electrical/Tile
- Painting/Drywall
- Kitchen/Decks
- Maintenance/ Occupancy Crew
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a professional image and attitude.
- Report to Direct Site Supervisors daily
- Completing work in the job scope in a timely mannor
- Maintaining a clean, orderly, secure workspace
- Keeping track of tools and supplies
- Other tasks assigned as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English for effective communication (Spanish is not required but would be helpful we have multiple spanish speakers on the crews)
- High School Diploma
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Customer service-oriented
- Having a Work Truck is strongly preferred but not a requirement
- OSHA 10 is a requirement - If you don't have it when hired we will have you complete the training up at the office
Job Type: Full Time
Hourly: $18 to $24 depending on experience
Expected hours: 40 per week Monday through Friday
