Line Cook
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, passionate, and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, takes pride in preparing high-quality food, and is committed to maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist with daily food preparation, including chopping, slicing, portioning, and organizing ingredients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift.
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Support catering events, special functions, and large-scale meal preparation as needed.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Assist with stocking, inventory rotation, and general kitchen maintenance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or food service environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques, food preparation, and knife skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
- Experience in fine dining, banquet service, or catering operations is a plus.
