The Security Guard will play a crucial role in preventing loss and ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
- Implement conflict management strategies to de-escalate tense situations.
- Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to monitor activities.
- Document incidents and prepare reports as necessary.
- Assist with loss prevention measures to protect property and assets.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required.
Requirements
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems such as CCTV is an asset.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
