This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales role. You’ll spend your time connecting with business owners, developing referral relationships, solving problems, and helping clients protect what matters most.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Conduct client consultations and identify solutions that meet their needs
- Develop strategic partnerships within the community
- Manage and grow a book of business
- Deliver exceptional client service and follow-up
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (B2B, insurance, financial services, healthcare, or related industries)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Professional, coachable, and growth-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
