Computer Support Associate – Contract
- Location: Onsite, 4+ days/week
- Contract: 3–4 months, with potential long-term extension for strong performance
- Shift: 1st Shift, approximately 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (flexible)
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Experience: 1+ year preferred
- Physical: Must be able to lift 25–30 lbs. and move computer equipment
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite desktop, hardware, software, printer, and end-user support.
- Perform break/fix troubleshooting, computer imaging, deployments, and equipment moves.
- Support conference rooms, asset lifecycle management, inventory, and smart-hands activities.
- Resolve ServiceNow tickets using established procedures and knowledge-base articles.
- Maintain accurate asset records, documentation, inventory, and service logs.
- Collaborate with IT teams on troubleshooting and projects while maintaining strong customer service.

- Hardware/software break-fix troubleshooting and customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills with a willingness to learn.
