About the Role
We are seeking ambitious professionals with strong character, leadership potential, and an entrepreneurial mindset who are looking to build a meaningful career or business in financial services.
This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity designed for individuals who want autonomy and the ability to build a client-focused financial services practice on their own terms. You may begin part-time or full-time while leveraging our training, mentorship, and platform to develop and scale your business.
In this role, you will build long-term client relationships and provide customized financial strategies for individuals, families, and business owners in areas such as:
- Wealth Building & Retirement Strategies
- Tax-Advantaged & Legacy Planning
- Family Protection & Risk Management
- Business Protection & Succession Planning

What You’ll Do
- Educate & Advise: Guide clients in making informed decisions around wealth accumulation, retirement planning, protection, and legacy strategies.
- Build Meaningful Relationships: Develop long-term, trust-based relationships with individuals, families, and business owners through a consultative approach.
- Leverage Innovative Technology: Utilize advanced planning tools and fintech platforms to deliver efficient, high-quality client experiences.
- Grow as a Leader: Participate in ongoing professional development, mentorship, and leadership training designed to support long-term business growth.

Basic Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Resident or Citizen, aged 18 or older.
- Must be able to pass a standard background check.
- Must be willing to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License.
- Must have a reliable computer/laptop and internet connection for remote video meetings.
