Responsibilities:

Participate in the development and maintenance of acquisition and business-related documentation

Edit reports, documentation, proposals, and correspondence to ensure clarity of content, consistency of format, and accuracy of grammar
Specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

Draft, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and documentation for clarity, effectiveness, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and format to ensure compliance with published templates and/or style guides.

Provide meeting coordination, to include scheduling, set-up, and collection and printing of read-ahead material.

Specific/Preferred Requirements:

Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite

Good written communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to perform detail-oriented work
Physical Demands:
This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, speak and hear, and to use hands and arms for routine work tasks. The employee may occasionally lift or move items up to 30 pounds. Vision abilities required include close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.
