Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Hauppauge, NY. This role involves supporting the production process by operating equipment, packaging products, and ensuring all work is completed according to quality, safety, and GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures
- Assemble, inspect, label, and package pharmaceutical products
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Accurately complete production and batch documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following GMP guidelines
- Follow all safety, quality, and company policies
- Assist with line setup, material replenishment, and general production duties
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Pharmaceutical, medical device, or food manufacturing experience is a plus
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality
