Overview
We’re hiring skilled Braid Stylists to join our growing team at our Atlanta (Midtown) location. Our salon is fully operational and consistently serving clients, giving you immediate earning potential from day one.
This role is ideal for stylists who specialize in braiding and protective styles and want a steady flow of clients, a structured environment, and opportunities to increase their income through add-on services and retail.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality braid services including knotless braids, boho styles, and other protective styles
- Execute braid takedowns, add-ons, and extension services efficiently
- Consult with clients to recommend styles, length, and maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Upsell add-ons and products to increase service value
What We’re Looking For
- Strong braiding skills (knotless, feed-ins, boho, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working weekends (peak business hours)
- Open to feedback and ongoing training
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with braid takedowns
- Retail or upselling experience
