6+ years of total experience
3+ years as a project manager/ team lead
Proven experience in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Experience in conducting data analysis and data mining on large volumes of data
Ability to manage huge data files and maintain data integrity
Experience in directly communicating with US clients and remote teams
Strong communication and documentation skills is a MUST
SQL knowledge and work experience in USA is a plus
