Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to join our team. In this role, you will specialize in restoring vehicles by removing minor dents and dings without the need for traditional bodywork or repainting. Your expertise will help clients maintain their vehicle’s appearance and value while ensuring a seamless, high-quality repair process. Our shop specializes in Paintless Dent Repair, Ceramic Coating and PPF application. Looking for someone to assist with one or all methods. Willing to train the right individual.
Responsibilities
- Utilize specialized tools and techniques to perform paintless dent repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Assess damage severity and determine the most effective repair approach, ensuring minimal impact on vehicle finish.
- Work efficiently to remove dents from panels, doors, hoods, trunks, and other areas with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with shop clean up and everyday shop needs.
- Buffing
- Ceramic coating
- PPF
Requirements
- Reliable, self motivated individual.
- Willing to train the right person.
Pay DOE.
Part time or full time options.
