Large company in Pleasant Prairie has Imediate need for 100 warehouse workers
1st Shift 9am until
We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to fill a variety of warehouse roles that are essential to our distribution operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team dedicated to efficient warehouse management, inventory control, and order fulfillment. Duties
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking, packing, order pulling using warehouse management systems as well as RF scanners.
- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials.
- Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, packing, and materials handling while adhering to safety regulations and using personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Pick and pack orders accurately using order pickers and RF scanners for shipping & receiving processes.
- Support warehouse distribution activities by loading and unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and preparing shipments for delivery or manufacturing needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following OSHA safety standards and warehouse procedures.
- Collaborate with team members in order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, and warehouse supervision to ensure timely delivery of products.
Experience
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all roles.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems such as RF scanners or AS400 is advantageous.
- Experience operating heavy equipment like reach trucks, forklifts, or pallet jacks is highly desirable; certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
