As a Finance Manager, you will guide our guests through a seamless, transparent, and premium finance experience by helping them understand and select the finance, protection, and ownership options that best complement their vehicle purchase. You will also be responsible for processing each deal with precision, efficiency, and compliance to support an exceptional luxury guest experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong financial acumen, thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and can coach teammates to enhance profitability while maintaining the elevated service standards expected at Lexus of Cleveland and across the Ken Ganley Automotive Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a polished, consultative finance experience by guiding guests through tailored purchase and lease solutions with clarity and professionalism.
- Present protection products and ownership enhancements in a thoughtful, guest-focused manner that adds value to the luxury ownership experience.
- Partner closely with the sales team to coach, support, and maximize every opportunity while maintaining a seamless and elevated guest journey.
- Ensure each guest receives a welcoming, efficient, and exceptional experience that reflects the luxury standards of Lexus of Cleveland.
- Drive department performance through timely, accurate, and fully compliant financial execution while supporting long-term client trust and dealership profitability.
- Maintain all required certifications, lender knowledge, and product expertise to deliver confident, informed, and premium guest experience.
- Structure, submit, and finalize deals with precision by securing lender approvals, evaluating credit opportunities, and delivering a smooth closing process.
- Uphold the highest ethical and regulatory standards by ensuring every transaction complies with local, state, and federal requirements.
- Prepare and manage all legal, financial, and lender documentation with exceptional attention to detail, timeliness, and organization.
- Review and audit completed deals to identify trends, protect compliance, and support continuous improvement across the finance process.
- Ensure prompt funding of all contracts to support operational efficiency and a seamless ownership transition for every guest.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven success in automotive sales and finance, with the ability to deliver strong results while maintaining a premium client experience.
- College degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in automotive finance, retail, or a related client-facing environment.
- Strong knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures, lender requirements, and compliant deal structuring practices.
- Skilled in structuring profitable deals while balancing transparency, trust, and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Well-versed in title laws, registration procedures, and documentation standards essential to an efficient and compliant operation.
- Professional presence with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with a discerning clientele.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities with a consultative approach that supports both guest confidence and dealership performance.
- Dependable attendance and consistent commitment to professionalism, preparation, and service excellence.
