Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to a diverse customer base.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Industrial Ladder Supply Co.'s products and services.
- Recommend tailored product solutions to meet customer needs.
- Manage a regional account base, including a pre-existing customer list.
- Prospect and establish new business relationships via phone and email.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and follow up to maintain strong relationships.
- Engage with wholesale (B2B), end-user, and online customers.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM entries.
- Consistently achieve sales goals and contribute to the company's success.
- Will serve as the key holder, responsible for unlocking the facility and ensuring it is ready for operations by the 7:00 AM start time.
- Manage existing employee schedules
- Open/close the store
- Maintain high standards for store appearance and displays
- Evaluate store sales, prepare reports
- Assist in the development of new sales or recruiting programs
- Hold employees to high standards of conduct
- Represent the store in a positive light and exhibit excellent customer service skills
- Embody the values of the company and put customers first
Qualifications
- Required:
- Sales-oriented mindset with 2+ years of experience in sales or a customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, G Suite, CRM systems).
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) to enhance customer interactions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Work Schedule
- Full-time: Monday to Friday 7am-4:30pm.
- Expected hours: 40 per week.
