Salary: $145,000 - $148,000

- Oversee and mentor accounting staff while driving operational excellence
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations
- Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Prior Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior accounting leadership experience
- Management experience leading accounting teams required
- Nonprofit experience required; Medicaid/IDD experience strongly preferred
- CPA or MBA preferred
