Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for processing shipments, packing orders, and preparing outgoing products, with occasional support for local deliveries as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and manage shipping information in NetSuite and UPS WorldShip
- Pack boxes accurately and efficiently for outgoing orders
- Palletize and prepare shipments for pickup or delivery
- Verify order accuracy and ensure proper labeling
- Maintain an organized and clean shipping area
- Assist with inventory movement and general warehouse tasks as needed
- Occasionally assist with local deliveries using company vehicles
- Support team operations with additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills (NetSuite and UPS WorldShip experience is a plus)
- Ability to stand and work for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
