We are seeking an Experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team, focusing on preparing and cooking high-quality dishes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items efficiently
- Follow recipes and maintain presentation and food safety standards
- Keep the kitchen clean and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with all team members during busy times
- Accurately handle food preparation tasks
- Support catering events with large food quantities
Requirements:
- Proven line cook experience, especially in sauté and grill
- Strong food preparation and safety knowledge
- Excellent knife skills and meal presentation
- Familiarity with dietary procedures is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
