We are seeking a talented and experienced Electrical Engineer to support project-based electrical and electronic design and development initiatives. This role requires a self-disciplined, motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage engineering tasks from concept through implementation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design electrical circuits, embedded firmware, PCB fabrication layouts, PCB assembly, and troubleshooting solutions
- Develop analog, digital, and microcontroller-based circuit designs
- Perform PCB layout and design using approved software tools
- Create, maintain, and update engineering design documentation
- Troubleshoot electrical and embedded systems throughout development and testing phases
- Collaborate with internal teams to support project-based design and development initiatives
- Complete assigned engineering tasks independently and within project timelines
Qualifications – Education, Experience, License and Certificates
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of five (5) years of full-time engineering experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Strong experience in analog, digital, and microcontroller circuit design
- Experience working with STM (STMicroelectronics) microcontroller product lines
- Proficiency in Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout
- Experience with embedded C programming
- Familiarity with communication protocols including RS232, SPI, I2C, USB, Bluetooth, and WiFi
- Working knowledge of ARM, AVR, Arduino, GUI, IoT, and mobile applications
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit and work at a computer workstation for extended periods
- Ability to use hands and fingers for computer and electronic assembly/testing tasks
- Ability to occasionally lift and move equipment up to 25 pounds
- Ability to visually inspect detailed electronic components and schematics
Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
