Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Coventry, up to $3,000 Sign-On Bonuses
Job Summary:
HireCare Services, a streamlined recruitment provider for healthcare operations, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing team at the Respiratory and Rehabilitation Center of Rhode Island in Coventry, RI. As a CNA at our center, you will provide high-quality patient care, maintain a clean and safe environment, and support our nursing staff in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Perform vital signs, obtain and record patient data, and document observations
- Assist with feeding, including tube feedings and dietary management
- Provide range of motion exercises, transfer patients, and use equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning patient rooms, storage areas, and equipment
- Assist with lifting, transferring, and repositioning patients
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement care plans
- Participate in care conferences and care plan updates
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and effective communication
- Assist with state surveys and inspections as needed
Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered State of Rhode Island CNA license
- High school diploma or equivalent required
