Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct technical recruiting and assist in talent management efforts as needed.
- Collaborate with HR on employee orientation and evaluation processes.
- Support internal recruiting initiatives by sourcing candidates through various channels including social media management.
- Engage in lead generation activities to identify potential clients or candidates.
- Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service.
- Assist with employee relations matters and support succession planning efforts within the organization.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing, talent acquisition, and executive recruiting is a plus.
- Experience using HRIS systems such as Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro, or Taleo is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective relationship management.
- Ability to perform cold calling and engage potential clients or candidates effectively.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law is beneficial but not required.
