BSI Components and Repair, The leading third-party electronic component repair service for GE, Senvion and Siemens wind turbines,is seeking to hire a Senior Electronics Repair Technician with 5+ years of experience - no travel.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Analyzing, troubleshooting, replacing components in the repair of large industrial PCBs.
- Electrical/mechanical part-level inspection, analysis, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and replacement.
- Creating detailed build/troubleshooting procedures.
- Performing documentation creation/updates as needed to improve proficiency and efficiency.
- Apply troubleshooting skills and confidence in making suggestions for process improvements.
- Interpret and utilize electronic and electro-mechanical schematics, drawings, and technical documentation to diagnose issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and customer teams to resolve complex technical issues.
What We Are Looking For
- Associate degree in Electronics, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent military / technical training.
- 5+ years of experience as an electronics repair technician involving complex PCBs.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical schematics and drawings.
- Proficient soldering under a microscope with good manual dexterity (solder components as small as 0201).
- Experience performing preventative maintenance, installations, repairs, and system diagnostics.
- Working knowledge of oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters (DVMs), and common diagnostic tools.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and thrive in a team environment.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
