Key responsibilities include:

Oversees inspecting records for defects such as bubbles, dents, or audio issues, and determining root causes.

Managing materials like vinyl compounds and dies, and ordering replacements when needed.

Ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met across shifts.

Training and supporting production staff, often across multiple machines or lines.
Skills

Strong mechanical aptitude (presses are steam-driven, high-pressure machines)
