Join our team as a Field-Hand, Security Guard or Gram/Packaging Warehouse Worker. Field-Hand Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops using manual tools and farm machinery.
- Operate heavy equipment such as tractors, and other agricultural machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on farm equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operation.
- Support irrigation systems setup and management to maintain proper water distribution across fields.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards in all production activities by following proper procedures for manual handling and equipment use.
- Conduct general farm chores such as fencing repairs through welding or mechanical fixes, managing greenhouse environments, or supporting horticultural tasks.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and outdoor work in varying weather conditions is a must
Security Responsibilites
- Overnight security work 8 Pm - 5 AM
- Walk and drive around the premises and monitor the live stream security systems
Gram/Packaging Warehouse Worker Responsibilities
- Gram, package and keep track of inventory
- Oversee weekly audits, and put orders together weekly
- Interpret production documents accurately to ensure correct packaging and labeling of products
- Maintain safety standards by following strict safety protocol adherence during all warehouse and manufacturing activities
- Prior experience in manufacturing facilities or warehouse operations is highly preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
- Basic math skills for measurements, inventory counts, and process calculations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
