Services You’ll Perform
- Drywall repair
- Wall damage repair
- Ceiling repair
- Texture matching (knockdown, orange peel, smooth, etc.)
- Popcorn ceiling removal
- Small drywall installation and replacement
- Patchwork after plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and remodeling projects
- Surface preparation for painting
- Thorough job site cleanup
Responsibilities
- Complete professional drywall and ceiling repairs for residential and commercial customers
- Match existing textures for seamless, invisible repairs
- Arrive on time and represent WallFix Pros professionally
- Protect customer property and maintain a clean work area
- Take before-and-after photos upon job completion
- Communicate job progress with the WallFix Pros office
- Deliver a five-star customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of drywall repair and finishing experience
- Strong drywall finishing and texture matching skills
- Experience working in both residential and commercial environments preferred
- Own professional drywall tools and reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- General liability insurance (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs efficiently
Compensation
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Paid per completed project
- Flexible schedule
- Consistent work available throughout the Twin Cities metro
- Weekly or bi-weekly payments
