Calvera Private Care & Wellness is a locally owned, RN-led home care agency serving seniors throughout Clallam County. We are currently building our caregiver team as our client base continues to grow.
This position is ideal for experienced caregivers who already have another job, are semi-retired, or simply want the flexibility to pick up additional hours without committing to a full-time schedule.
Rather than managing multiple residents during a shift, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes, providing personalized support that allows you to truly focus on the individual in front of you.

About the Hours
Because we are a growing agency, we cannot guarantee full-time hours immediately.
Instead, we're intentionally building a dependable caregiver team so we're ready to provide excellent care as new clients begin services.
Many of our caregivers appreciate being able to:
- Supplement income from another caregiving position
- Pick up shorter weekday or weekend shifts
- Work around family, school, or retirement
- Accept assignments that fit their schedule

Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and meaningful conversation
- Transportation and errands when appropriate
- Observe changes in clients and communicate with the supervising RN
- Help clients remain safe and independent at home
Qualifications
- Active Washington CNA or HCA (or eligible to work as a caregiver under Washington State requirements)
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience caring for older adults preferred
