We are looking for a motivated Customer Outreach Assistant to join our team. The main responsibilities include making outbound phone calls, sending professional emails, following up with potential clients, updating contact information, and scheduling appointments.
Requirements:
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable making phone calls
• Able to write and send professional emails
• Basic computer skills
• Organized, dependable, and professional
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
This is a full-time position. Training will be provided.
