Job Description
DBAT Perimeter is seeking motivated Baseball and Softball Instructors to join our coaching staff. We are looking for individuals who have a strong understanding of the game, enjoy working with athletes of all ages, and are passionate about player development.
Whether you're a former high school, collegiate, or professional player, we provide the environment and support to help you grow as an instructor while building your own client base.
Responsibilities
- Conduct private and small-group baseball or softball instruction.
- Teach fundamentals in hitting, pitching, fielding, catching, or strength and performance.
- Create a positive, energetic training environment.
- Build strong relationships with players and families.
- Maintain professionalism and punctuality.
Qualifications
- Baseball or softball playing experience required.
- Coaching or instructional experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Reliable, coachable, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working with athletes ranging from beginners to advanced players.
Preferred Experience
- High school, collegiate, or professional playing experience.
- Previous private lesson or team coaching experience.
- Experience with baseball technology such as HitTrax is a plus.
