Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare all Sushi menu items where the daily focus is to learn and perfect technique, speed and consistency
- Follow recipe and the portion control guidelines set by the restaurant
- Set up station with appropriate par levels for the shift and follow sanitary food handling procedures
- Organize, sanitize, and clean the prep area
- Safely handle and operate food service equipment
