Rebco Machining is seeking a CNC Machinist to join their growing team on 1st shift (8am–4pm).

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC milling machines and/or lathes in a low-volume job shop environment
- Run parts and support production from print to finished part
- Assist with machine setups, tool changes, and offsets
- Learn to make basic program edits and adjustments over time
- Read and interpret blueprints and tolerances
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Identify and communicate machining or setup issues during production
- Move material, prep jobs, and maintain an organized workspace
- Support general shop needs (basic machine upkeep, cleanup, organization)
- Work closely with ownership and other machinists in a team-oriented shop environment
